We run a small, friendly business with ensuite, twin and double rooms, which have an informal feel in which we try to achieve a welcome approach to people as guest.

We are situated in a rural position down a track surrounded by Ashdown Forest (all accessible to the public). All our rooms have panoramic views.

We have two goats, a dog, and a horse and are very interested in the nature which surrounds us, such as bats, badgers, deer, birds (we have nightjars which visit nearby, glow worms, reptiles, and much more).

We are 10 minutes drive away from the villages of Forest Row and Hartfield, with pubs and restaurants, and 20 minutes away from East Erinstead, where there is a train connection to London (55 minutes). Gatwick Airport is about 15 miles away.

We are amidst many National Trust properties and other tourist attractions such as Bluebell Railway, Groombridge Place and the Llama Park.

We have a very good local pub within walking distance from us - just a 10 minute walk away.
